Cancellation Policy

​ 1. Booking and Payment The total cost for the session is $100, which includes 5 professionally edited photos delivered to the email provided within 2 weeks. 2. Cancellation Policy • 15+ Days Before the Event: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee. • 4-14 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made 4 to 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. • Within 3 Days of the Event: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. 15+ Days Before the Event: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee. • 4-14 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made 4 to 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. • Within 3 Days of the Event: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Arrival and Session Timing Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to get ready in the changing room or use mirrors for makeup. Please note that the session time is strict. If you arrive late, your session will not be extended, and the scheduled time will still end as planned. 4. Session Details Each session is geared towards professional headshots; however, other types of headshots are welcome. Clients may bring one guest to attend the studio session. Background color options include white, dark blue, and black. Other colors may be provided upon request. 5.
